Gary graduated from Franklin University of Columbus, Ohio with a degree in Real Estate and Land Economics where he began his real estate career in 1987. Relocated to Las Vegas in 1994, Gary gained experience in areas of Multi-Family finance, development, acquisitions, brokerage and property management.
In 2001 Gary joined Coldwell Banker Commercial ETN as a Multifamily Specialist and Commerce CRG/Cushman & Wakefield Alliance in 2008. He has successfully represented both Buyers and Sellers in making outstanding investment choices. He also acts as a real estate consultant providing unbiased advice for development, rehab and conversion of multi-family projects.
Gary holds two prestigious commercial real estate designations; Certified Commercial Investment Member-CCIM and recently awarded The Counselors of Real Estate-CRE designation. The CRE Designation is awarded only to those individuals who are invited by their peers into membership of The Counselors of Real Estate.
Gary is a member of the Urban Land Institute-ULI, and 2008 in-coming President of Commercial Alliance of Las Vegas; the commercial division of the Greater Las Vegas Board of Realtors. He is also a member of the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter since 2000. Previous awards include twice received Gold Circle of Distinction and Top Associate for the Year for the Coldwell Banker Commercial Brand.
